Emergency Care Data Set (ECDS) long format

This notebook provides the methodology for creating long format ECDS diagnosis, invesitgation and treatment tables. The long format dataframes which are produced provide the SNOMED-CT codes, qualifiers and descriptions for the diagnosis table, and the SNOMED-CT codes descriptions and dates for the investigation and treatment tables.
